Our community and friendships are so special at CrossFit Mobile. It’s so fun being with all kinds of people on every level, but still being like-minded in our desire to be better and ability to show up for ourselves, our friends, and our families every day. There is so much love for each other. We high-five, fist bump, hug, vent, and cry. A giant fit family… I also love feeling strong and like an athlete! I love that there is sport in exercise! I love it all! I drank the koolaid.

Favorite Movements: I love the art of a barbell, but I enjoy all of it. I love that all I have to do is show up for an hour a day and I get everything I need. It’s basically like personal training. The workouts and programing are intentional and there is a coach there to guide you. Five to six classes in a week and it’s the fittest I have ever been. The magic is in the movement.

Why CrossFit/Yoga? I started yoga because my friends were doing it when I worked in the service industry. When I noticed how much better my hips and posture felt after a few months of practice, I couldn’t go back to not practicing! As for CrossFit, I wanted to show people here that if I could show up to lift and work, they could show up to practice and stretch. CrossFit and yoga really are better together!
