I love that all I have to do is show up for an hour a day and I get everything I need. It’s basically like personal training. The workouts and programing are intentional and there is a coach there to guide you. Five to six classes in a week and it’s the fittest I have ever been. The magic is in the movement.

CrossFit Mobile is equipped with everything you need to achieve your goals. We have barbells, kettlebells, rowers, air bikes, plyo-boxes, squat racks, pull up bars, gymnastics rings and a full range of dumbbells from one to 110 pounds. We also have 15′ climbing ropes, jerk boxers, lifting platforms, turf, sleds, tires, strongman yoke, weight benches, competition plates and more. Whether you’re training for competition, looking to build muscle, wanting to lose body fat; your goals are our goals. We have everything you could ever need for fun and challenging training sessions.
Premium Amenities
CrossFit Mobile is comprised of over 8,000 square feet of warehouse space and approximately 2,000 square feet of air conditioned space. We have three overhead doors, a ton of fans, and our layout promotes the flow of fresh air even on the hottest days. We have a dedicated Olympic lifting area, turf for sled pushes and agility drills and both men’s and women’s locker rooms with a separate bathroom, shower, and changing area in each. We also have foam rollers, lacrosse balls, plyo-bands, recovery equipment, and a stretching area to support you from warm up to cool down.
Dedicated, air-conditioned kids’ space available for use. Please note this area is not supervised or staffed.
